Customers are responsible for providing safe and clear access for delivery trucks. Humphrey Ventures LLC is not responsible for damage to driveways, lawns, septic systems, irrigation lines, or other unmarked private property unless written notice of hazards has been provided before delivery.
Customers are responsible for confirming all underground utilities have been located before delivery.
All materials are sold by weight (tons) or volume (yards) as measured by certified scale tickets at the time of loading. The scale ticket is the final record of the quantity delivered. No quantity disputes will be accepted after delivery is completed.
Delivery dates and times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Humphrey Ventures LLC is not responsible for delays caused by weather, traffic, quarry availability, equipment issues, or other conditions outside of our control.
Payment is due upon delivery unless credit terms have been approved in writing. Late payments may be subject to additional fees or interest as permitted by law.
Orders may be canceled or rescheduled with proper notice before delivery. Cancellations or changes made after the scheduled delivery window may be subject to additional charges.
No returns are accepted on gravel, stone, or aggregate materials once they have been loaded, transported, or delivered. Due to the nature of bulk materials, all sales are final after loading. Customers are responsible for confirming the correct material type and quantity before delivery.
Natural materials such as sand, gravel, and stone may vary in color, size, texture, and appearance. Product images are for reference only and may not exactly represent the delivered material.
Humphrey Ventures LLC’s liability is limited to the cost of the material and delivery purchased. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio.
