At Humphrey Ventures LLC, we provide bulk materials including gravel, stone, sand, and other aggregate products. Please review our Return & Refund Policy before placing your order.

Returns

Due to the nature of bulk materials, including gravel, stone, sand, and aggregate products, all sales are final once materials have been loaded, transported, or delivered.

No returns are accepted on gravel, stone, sand, or aggregate materials after delivery. Customers are responsible for confirming the correct material type and quantity before completing their purchase.

Refunds

Refunds are not available for delivered bulk materials. Refunds may only be considered if Humphrey Ventures LLC delivers the wrong product, incorrect quantity due to our error, or if an order is cancelled by Humphrey Ventures LLC before delivery.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders may be modified or cancelled before they have been processed or loaded for delivery.

Once an order has been loaded for delivery or is in transit, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Delivery Issues

Customers should inspect their order upon delivery. If there is an issue caused by an error from Humphrey Ventures LLC, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order details.

Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be issued for:

Incorrect material selected by the customer.
Incorrect quantity ordered by the customer.
Incorrect delivery address provided by the customer.
Natural variations in color, texture, or size of natural materials.
Materials that have already been unloaded or used.
